Who is behind this, what exactly you buy for €5 and what we do with your data. No small print, because there isn't any.

One bump: your listing moves to the top of the lastpaid.lol board the moment the payment is confirmed. The price is always €5 per bump, VAT included. Multi-bump packs are spent one at a time, whenever you decide.
The top spot is held until another advertiser pays for a bump. That can be days or seconds: no minimum time at the top is guaranteed, and that is the rule of the game, not a fault. Every other listing drops one place with each bump, and the front page shows a limited number of them.
The time a listing spends at the top is banked in its favour. Each time the sum of all payments reaches a milestone, the listing with the most minutes banked since the previous milestone gets a featured slot: a fixed space on the front page for 7 days. Minutes reset to zero when a slot is handed out. Milestones and featured slots are a bonus of the service, not a contractual right: if the milestone is not reached, nothing is handed out.
A listing is your site or your @handle, a name and, if you want, one line and a category. You are responsible for that content being legal, yours and not misleading. We may remove without refund any listing that is illegal, misleading, offensive or impersonates someone else, and listings for products whose advertising is restricted (gambling, tobacco, prescription medicines, weapons, sexual content).
There are no accounts and no passwords: you manage your listing with a private link we give you on payment. Anyone holding that link can edit your listing, so keep it like a password.
The service is provided as is and may be interrupted for maintenance or failures; if an interruption takes you off the top spot for a meaningful time, write to us and we make up for it with a bump. These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of Madrid, unless you are a consumer and the law gives you another venue. The European online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The bump happens the instant the payment is confirmed: your listing is already at the top. By paying you accept that the service is performed immediately and, under article 103.m of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, there is no right of withdrawal once performed. Someone overtaking you a minute later is not grounds for a refund: it is exactly what you bought.
We do refund: duplicate charges, confirmed payments whose bump was not applied because of a fault on our side, and unused pack bumps if we close the service. Write to fernandopaivap7@gmail.com with the email from your Stripe receipt; refunds go back through the same payment method within 14 days at most.

What data: what you put in your listing (site or @handle, name, line, category), your email if you give it to us, and the record of your payments (amount, date and Stripe identifier). We never see or store your card: payments are processed by Stripe on their own page.
What for: showing your listing on the board, applying the rules of the game (position, minutes, featured slots), giving you the management link and, if you gave us your email, telling you when someone overtakes you. The legal basis is the contract you accept when you pay. There is no advertising and no profiling, and we do not sell or share data.
Who else sees it: Stripe Payments Europe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Hetzner Online (servers in the European Union). All of them as data processors.
How long: while your listing is on the board or you have unused bumps; payment records, for as long as tax rules require.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to fernandopaivap7@gmail.com. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies: lastpaid.lol uses no tracking or analytics cookies. Stripe may use its own on their payment page, under their own policy.
